After our home flooded, this hotel has become our temporary home and it’s been a genuinely great experience. The staff is incredible, helpful, always kind and a joy to talk to. It’s been such a relief to have somewhere peaceful to land while we sort everything out. They’ve been incredibly accommodating with anything that has come up as well! Amazing Staff. The breakfast is great as well, lots of choices for healthy options too. The rooms are clean and cozy, a little artsy, very comfortable beds. The mirror has a vanity light around the edges, lots of good light. TV's have Netflix, Disney, Youtube, which makes things so much easier because usually I have to bring my own TV to hotels. Truly grateful. 5 stars, hands down. Thank you, Homewood Suites Edina.
Great hotel. With great amenities. great breakfast in the morning with a smiling great staff. Pat is especially wonderful. Anthony sometimes goes by Tony Great value to the hotel all staff is great thank you for a great wonderful stay everyone needs bonuses.
The manager & employees apparently just focus on doing everything right. The stay was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. Business trips to a big city can be pricey, but this Hilton was worth the cost.
This is a comfortable, clean, enjoyable hotel. The staff is responsive and care about the small things. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are quiet with a large kitchen/sitting area, and the bed was comfortable. I will stay here again when I come back to Minneapolis.
Our family enjoyed our stay here. We received a very warm welcome from Carrie while checking in. Appreciated seeing the people responsible for the breakfast buffet periodically wiping tables and the buffet are (something I missed in other hotels on this vacation). Good selection at the breakfast buffet. Attentive and friendly staff. Although our room faced a busy street, the level of street noise in the room wasn't bothersome.
Easy access to highway; very reasonable driving distance to mall of America. My husband and son enjoyed the breakfast daily. Appreciated the safety feature of the door being locked 24/7 and must have key to enter. The staff accommodated our request to not be on the first level without issue. Only issue was no linens or pillows for pull out bed.
We've stayed here a couple times for appointments and will continue to! The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast each morning is fresh with good mindful choices. There's also plenty of local restaurants nearby, along with family friendly ones.
